All of our Jiu Jitsu instructors have been training with Dunc for over 20 years and have achieved the level of shihan (master instructor)

Beginners are welcome to join any time
We always have several beginners training so it is a welcoming environment for you to come and try out a class

We do not offer classes to children at the moment
