All of our Jiu Jitsu instructors have been training with Dunc for over 20 years and have achieved the level of shihan (master instructor)

Our Boxing instructor, Richard, has over 20 years of experience and is licensed to teach from beginner to professional levels.

Beginners are welcome to join any time
We always have several beginners training so it is a welcoming environment for you to come and try out a class
